Above All Handyman & Painting has been servicing the Atlanta area since 2000.
We have 4 full-time Handymen and 2 painting crews so we can handle any job large or small. All of our Service Technicians Wear company uniforms which makes it easy to verify they are members of our team and all wear protective foot covers while in your home to keep your house as clean as possible.
We also have a full-time Cleaning staff for any situation, Home or Office our cleaning staff are detailed oriented and extremely professional. Deep Cleaning, regular cleaning we cover it all.
We strive for perfection on every job. Whether you have a leaking faucet or needing your home repainted we have the experience and the man power to get it done on time and on budget. As a family business we know the importance of our loved ones so let us handle the jobs you have around

We offer a 10% discount to all senior citizens 65 and above

Handyman service call $75.00 per man hour.
Painting Services $75.00 per man hour.
Cleaning services regular cleaning $55.00 per man hour
Cleaning services Deep Cleaning $65.00 per man hour
Emergency services/After Hours
$125.00 per man hour

We hired John to remove a garbage disposal and refit piping for a kitchen sink. He did the job in short time and at a mere fraction of the cost to hire a plumber! While in our home, he also changed a bulb for a complicated light fixture, installed a smoke detector, performed some mold remediation and assembled a newly ordered couch! What a find for us!! We will definitely be using Above All Handyman again!!!

John was fantastic. We ran into an issue with the appliance I had ordered on his first visit and he was able to reschedule me quickly for the following week when I got the new one in. He and his partner did the work quickly, double checked everything worked and left the place looking spotless. And his rates are super reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I cannot thank John and Maria enough for the work they have done on my home! I was overwhelmed with repairs to my older home and they took on the project to help rebuild a small patio and repair some wood siding, turned into replacing approximately a third of siding, repairing incorrectly installed windows, and repainting the entire house! It looked amazing! A few months later, I had an unexpected move and they came back and took care of a long list of things to help me prepare for sale.John, Maria, and their team members are very attentive to details and very professional. I know that my little house is in a much better place because of their hard work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a Hourly rate for most smaller jobs. If a job is larger we give an estimate that will be honored. we have over 20 years experience in the industry and can complete jobs faster and more economically than someone who just started. That means we may be more per hour but you will save money in the end.
Also if we have more than one person working on a job the same base rate is applied so it would be per man hour worked x ever how many workers are onsite.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk you through every step of the job from what we are doing and why to explaining how to prevent future issues again. We will not do anything without you approval on price before hand.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a family business my father started the company and I took over 6 years ago. We love what we do and our dedication shows it.
