Communicating is key, starting with the understanding the scope of work and discussing the clients expected completion times. Knowing the clients expectations and meeting them in a timely manner is essential to working with new customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the industry in different capacities for over 10 years. I've built new homes, renovated existing homes, contracted services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, fixture installations, window treatment installation and more.
