What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mona lisa pricing is base on the entire details of the job/extensiveness of the labor.Mona lisa is also open for negoation with the prices, the fees remains the same, but will be included in the total pricing of the job, if and When the cotract is sign and agree to.Mona lisa construction request half of the total cost upfront,and the remainder after the assignment is completed.(upon coustomer satisfication and rating.) Mona lisa does not produce materials,(thats the coustomer responsibilities) but mona lisa will make an exception on material purchasing/delivery ,upon total pricing of materials reimbursement and delivery fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mona lisa always leave the door open while working on the project,for new ideas/wants provided by the coustomers.Any add on outside the already negotiated price will be dicuss.#1 rules) please dont discuss anything bussiness wise with mona lisa employees,#2)coustomers is allow to make known what they see,likes,or dislikes,but only to the owner/supervisor.Mona lisa construction always works around and with the coustomers best availabilities in getting their project completed for success.

Mona lisa is certify in brick mason and construction,ect. (jack of all trades). molding,triming, instalation, foundation,decks,fences,interior?exterior paintings,conceret slabs,gutters/shutters,soffit/ siding.you name kit and mona lisa will call it.
