We were planning to have kitchen sanded and recoated. We received several quotes and researched reviews. Ty came over having quoted us $500 to re-do just the kitchen. However, I had moved a refrigerator earlier and left a large mark on the dining room floor, and if repaired, we would have had to circle around to the entranceway and piano room making it cost prohibitive. Ty explained that our floor were is good shape, so he recommended that instead of sanding, he would buff the entire area - kitchen, dining room, entranceway, piano room, half bath, and hallway, and coat with polyurethane. Looks great...all for $250!

We are soooo pleased by how our floors turned out. Our 10 year old engineered hardwoods were in pretty bad shape and had many deep scratches from our dogs. Ty was very upfront about what we should expect since the floors were so bad. But they turned out great! I would think they were new floors if I didn't know any better! Plus we saved a ton of $$ by refinishing instead of replacing the floors. Thank you!!!

Tk Wood Flooring did a great job repairing my floor. He came in a short notice and gave me an affordable price for doing the work. They also were able to do my floor right away. He repair the damaged spots, and refinishing the rest of the floors. It came out beautiful. Nice, Clean and very on time. I would use them again.

Generally our prices are based on square footage. The bigger the better price. Anything less than our standard sf is mostly likely flat rate pricing.
