. --- # 📄 LET’S GO JUNK ## INVOICE TERMS & CONDITIONS (GEORGIA / ATLANTA) ### Pricing & Estimates All prices are **good‑faith estimates only** and may vary based on actual job conditions, including item volume, weight, accessibility, distance, time required, disposal needs, or safety considerations. Final pricing is reviewed with and approved by the customer **before any work begins**, consistent with Georgia consumer protection standards. ### Scope of Work This invoice reflects the services requested and authorized by the customer. Any changes to the scope of work, added labor, or additional services will be disclosed and must be approved prior to completion. ### Labor, Mileage & Fees Hourly rates include labor, truck use, and standard equipment. * Mileage charges are calculated **one‑way** based on total distance traveled. * Disposal, landfill, and recycling fees are billed at **actual customer cost**. All charges are itemized and confirmed prior to service. ### Safety & Additional Labor Certain jobs may require additional personnel due to item weight, size, location, access conditions, or risk of injury or property damage. When applicable, a **one‑time safety labor fee** may be added. Any such fee will be disclosed and approved before service begins. --- ## ⏰ CANCELLATION POLICY (24‑HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED) Service appointments **must be canceled at least 24 hours before** the scheduled service time. * Cancellations made **within 24 hours** may result in a **cancellation fee** * Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may be charged due to reserved labor, travel, and scheduling costs This policy complies with Georgia fair business practices and is disclosed in advance to prevent surprise charges. --- ### Access, Delays & Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the service location. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, inaccurate job descriptions, locked areas, or customer unavailability may result in additional charges. ### Damage Disclaimer Let’s Go Junk exercises reasonable care during service. We are **not responsible for pre‑existing damage, hidden defects, structural weaknesses, or fragile surfaces**, unless caused by gross negligence. Customers are responsible for securing or removing valuables and fragile items prior to service. ### Disposal & Legal Compliance Customers affirm they have the legal right to dispose of all items removed. Hazardous or prohibited materials—including chemicals, fuels, asbestos, biohazards, or illegal items—must be disclosed prior to service and may be refused or require special handling at additional cost. --- ## ⚖️ GEORGIA CONSUMER PROTECTION NOTICE Services provided by Let’s Go Junk are governed by the **Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (O.C.G.A. §10‑1‑390 et seq.)**. We operate in compliance with applicable **Georgia state and local business regulations**. Proof of insurance or business registration is available upon request where required. --- ### Payment Terms Payment is due **upon completion of service** unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or approved electronic payment. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection actions where permitted by Georgia law. ### Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Let’s Go Junk’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed.
