Introduction: I love having the opportunity to make such a huge difference in people's lives. Improving people's health and fitness levels changes lives in so many ways. For those who are in poor health due to weight related issues I change their quality of life and open new opportunities, in addition to likely adding years to their life. For others, I am able to elevate their level of athleticism to earn college scholarships or increase the level of play of athletes decades past college. The list goes on but overall, no matter the specific goal, the greatest feeling is improving someone's self confidence and I am blessed to have that opportunity every day. I remain very focused on the success of all clients so in addition to designing ideal workouts to achieve individual goals I provide guidance for activity and nutrition between sessions and make myself accessible for questions and support every day. I have worked with people with a variety of limitations, due to both medical conditions and injuries. My experience with medical issues includes helping people fresh from finishing physical therapy recover their strength and athletic ability to assisting people recovering from strokes achieve more mobility. Additionally, I have trained many with chronic conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, back and joint issues, etc.

Jason Laitsch has been my personal trainer for the last two years. Over that time he has guided me through about 200 sessions. Even though I'm approaching 50 years old, my strength has increased dramatically, my body fat percentage is much lower, and my overall fitness level is the best it's been since I was a teenager. He is very professional and is able to tailor a fitness program to achieve whatever goals his clients have. I highly recommend him.

Jason's been great! Keeps things varied and interesting, very knowledgeable, easy-going, and always more than willing to accommodate our schedules, location, needs, and any physical limitations. Only two session in, but we're extremely happy and having tons of fun amidst all the hard work!
