Working with Julian has been great! His flexibility in training is impressive. He gives you work outs to fit your needs as well as your capabilities yet he also challenges you to push yourself to your full capacity. He is also very attentive to your day-to-day activities and helps find alternatives or opportunities to improve your schedule and diet. I highly recommend him as a trainer if you’re looking for quality and consistency!
