- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair and absolutely custom.. we use nothing but quality material and have training that shows in our work. We use the best quality balloons for our jobs so that you have the luxe premium look to your design. Our designs are sturdy and will last past how long you need them. Helium designs will always be priced higher because of the cost to supply the gas. Delivery fees and taxes will always apply as we are a registered business we are tax paying and compliant as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea of what the customer is envisioning, then if they have inspiration we build from that or based on the designs I’ve seen or already done, I give suggestions to best fit the budget and vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Qualatex balloon training, photography classes, conventions , self teaching and learning more everyday.
