I was so happy with Pop Balloons. She went over and above to make sure she understood what I wanted. She sent me a proof, discussed pricing and went to work. Fair price. She even delivered earlier than she quoted. I would hands down use her again. She did the ballon arch and sign. We then put it on a frame we purchased at Hobby Lobby.

I just can't say enough about working with Janelle at Pop Balloons and Photo. I wish there was a box to check for "Caring" and "Involved" because she didn't just take care of an order for me. She helped me design bouquets that would add value to the ambiance we were creating. The bouquets were for the Rainbow Village Gala and we used them to draw attention to the stations around the ballroom where we wanted guests to stop by and - well - spend money to support the charity. They added so much and were harmonious with the rest of the decor. I don't have a photo yet because I'm waiting on the ones from our professional but I just couldn't wait to say she is amazing and that she's worth WAY more than 5 stars!! Stop looking and book Janelle and Pop Balloons and Photo :)!!

Though she was on time for set up had to leave for missing piece and made it back in time to finish this beautiful. It helped set the festive tone for our affair though the numbers were missing. She was quick to compensate us with half our money back and a 50% coupon for future service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair and absolutely custom.. we use nothing but quality material and have training that shows in our work. We use the best quality balloons for our jobs so that you have the luxe premium look to your design.
Our designs are sturdy and will last past how long you need them.
Helium designs will always be priced higher because of the cost to supply the gas.
Delivery fees and taxes will always apply as we are a registered business we are tax paying and compliant as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea of what the customer is envisioning, then if they have inspiration we build from that or based on the designs I’ve seen or already done, I give suggestions to best fit the budget and vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Qualatex balloon training, photography classes, conventions , self teaching and learning more everyday.
