There's a huge Magnolia tree in our front yard that has been there since we moved here in 1977. There were two large branches that had grown over the sidewalk and I decided it was past time to get them cut back. There were also dead branches that needed to be cut back as well. Luis from Lazaro's Tree Service contacted me less than an hour after my initial request. Luis and his father were out here the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. From the day I first contacted them to the day the job was completed was less than a week. The crew was awesome to watch. It was like watching a crew that had worked together for years and each knew what the others were doing. They performed the job safely and efficiently and had the job done in a couple hours. They were all courteous and professional. When they left you couldn't tell they'd been there cutting up my tree. Cleanup had been a breeze. In the future when I need any of my trees serviced, I will definitely be calling them back.

Project phase 1: Intro: Thumbtack is my best bet for any project at our house in Atlanta & our home in Nashville. I have yet to have a non-satisfactory experience. I interviewed 3 companies for our long project with our backyard. I chose Luis & his Dad, Gustavo, because of their customer service appeal and honesty. My gut served me right & I could not be more pleased for the first phase of tree removal. Punctuality, responsiveness, professionalism, transparency, and overall most pleasant demeanor from start to finish! This job included several large pine trees, a very large cherry tree, and clearing out dead trees behind our back fence. Oh, and stump grinding! This job was very large and the team finished in one day! Amazing to watch them complete the project as far. Phase 2: Yard leveling, retention wall, draining system. Please stay tuned for next project results! I'm more than happy to have found this family! I will continue to seek their services for landscaping projects too. I wanted to upload some amazing videos of them working from start to finish... I will try to upload more with next project!

Company gave a good estimate, stuck to that estimate. The trees were removed quickly and clean up was very thorough. Very happy with them and will higher again to remove another tree later on this year.
