every service request is different so i can usually give a quote on the phone when i listen to the work request
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i listen to what their needs are and if i cannot give a quote on the phone i will go out and give a free quote at the residence
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am certified in both carpet and upholestry cleaning. i am also certified in water damage and hardwood floors.
