Michael was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He arrived early to set appointment time and only took him an hour or so to do the job. I had an 8x11 Persian rug cleaned in my living room - which receives a lot of traffic. He made it look almost new again with cleaning. He also quoted me more than what he would've charged and was honest about the pricing. I very much appreciated that. Easy to work with and will use again in future!
