Whenever things break down, it’s anxiety fuel trying to piece together who you can trust to come fix the problem without screwing you. The only bit of hope is when a family member or friend says, “I have a guy/gal.” Well… I didn’t have that luxury when my water heater broke down. But after my experience with Blu Skies Atlanta Plumbing, I got you. Because now I have a whole dang company. Jonathon came to my place within an hour of my call to assess the situation. Not gonna lie, it was a doozy. Dude came in like A Beautiful Mind, calculating codes, measurements, all while becoming best friends with my dog. He was kind, considerate of the house, and just a good vibe. Next day, Jonathon came back with his colleague Jeremiah and knocked that shizz out! Still being super respectful of the space. Honestly, it was almost like they were never here—except now I’ve got hot water and a happy pup from all the attention. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Desiree, who was attentive over the phone and made sure I was informed and happy throughout the whole process. There are plenty of plumbers out there, but Blu Skies is a service. And a dang good one. Honestly, this is about the happiest I could be with an unplanned, expensive cost. Won’t ever need to Google a plumber again, because “I got a guy.”

They were able to send a technician out quickly for my sink p trap leak. He was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. I appreciate that he even showed me all of the steps and what the issue was and how to fix it myself in the future. Pricing was more than reasonable.

We price fairly based on current market prices knowing our overhead is lower than the big guys. This leads us to offering good value without effecting quality of work. We have standard pricing for all customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate appointment. This gives us and the customer the chance to see if we're a good fit without costing the customer anything.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started 16 years ago back in the UK while I was between jobs. A plumber came over to replace our boiler and I asked for a job. I took to plumbing like it was my destiny and I've loved it ever since.
