Welcome to Vows & More, LLC! As the title implies - wedding ceremony officiating services are readily available along with some interesting planning packages! I love officiating weddings; anything from simple elopements to 200+ guest weddings. I began officiating during COVID to meet a need and found I quite like this! I am a teacher by trade and personally write ceremony scripts based on your needs and interests, customizing them to your relationship and wants - whether that is simple, secular, religious, or creative! My basic services include writing of the ceremony, basic consultation, and performance of the ceremony. To book with me, half of the total fee is due to hold your date and time, with the remaining half due just prior to the ceremony (day before or morning of). I accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle and Cash (cash is only accepted on the day-of the wedding). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is variable and customizable to your specific needs! If you simply need/want a signing or elopement ceremony - your cost will be less than the posted base price. Base price is for wedding ceremonies with guests. Elopements - $145-$170 (depending upon location) Weddings - $180-$190* *Half of the cost is due up front to hold your date and time. **Travel Fees may apply. The standard IRS mileage rate will be used for mileage over 25 from Lilburn, GA. Additional fees are applicable to Rehearsals. Generally, the Officiant is not needed at rehearsals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to take care of "housekeeping" - the date, time, location, size and type of ceremony. Next, we will dig into the details! Traditional? Contemporary? Personalized Vows? Eloping? Special Ceremonies (Unity Candle, Sand, Broom, etc)? I like to keep this super easy by providing you with a Google Form to help us communicate effectively and ensure all information is covered. The form link is provided once we enter into a booking agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ordained through the Universal Life Church. This is a "side" venture for me as I love weddings!
