- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies depending on the job, if parts are to be purchased, and if the job turns into a more permanent task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself first, then I'll ask to take a look at the issue called about, I'll give my own diagnosis and recommendation for finishing the job efficiently. Then once completed, I'll request payment and offer different methods to do so. Before leaving, make sure customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up doing construction with my dad. Then I got in to lawn care and landscaping for 6 yrs while still doing small remodeling jobs on the side. Finally I was introduced to the Garage Door business which I instantly found as my calling possibly.
