- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our jobs are treated as service calls. You will pay as service fee of 69.00. Then 70 per hour per man if the job is an hourly job. If it is a quoted job the paid service fee will be credited back to the balance of the job as a credit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer all contact be made through our office with a live representative for faster service. But if your preferred method of communication is through Thumbtack that will work as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are all hired from the construction and maintenance fields then properly trained the Hero way. Our president has spent over 15 years in water mitigation, fire restoration and mold remediation. We also are educated on the ins and outs of property claims.
