I was in quite a bind this year. Matt the owner of Lynx Property Management contacted me immediately after I had reached out for help. He came out to provide me with a competitive price between the other 2. I went with it even though it seemed a bit higher. He had such an attentive eye, he pointed out problem areas that we did not recognize and neither did his competitors. We gave him a call again here recently for some basic maintenance on shrubbery and tree pruning. Hes insured and provides certificates when requested. He communicates efficiently on progress of the job. I recommend matthew mcguire, owner of Lynx Property Management llc. For all of your landscaping and outdoor needs!
