Introduction: I'll help you get in top shape and instill the discipline, mentally and physically, to be able to learn about yourself, your body and the art of boxing. I implement universal signs and laws to allow for alignment and connection with the universe for maximum and complete growth. Upon completion of training, you will be able to demonstrate correct and smooth footwork, effective defense and the ability to throw correct and sure punches; to maintain mental and visual awareness and have overall knowledge of expressing and enhancing your art.
