I just hired Ivan to help with the turnover of a rental unit that just became vacant. The tenant left the place a total mess and left the walls damaged. Ivan and his wife came to the rescue and helped clear out the trash, did some repairs, painted the entire interior (walls and baseboards), changed the showerhead and door locks, and did a full cleaning of the house. The quality of his work was excellent and I admire the pride he takes in his work. He was very professional and fairly priced for all that he does.

They were very responsive and it was a great value for what was done. They went above and beyond by bringing my multiple large bags of garbage out since it was a nice out clean. The drive wasn't cleaned to my specifications but when I brought this to their attention they cleaned it. For the price, it definitely was worth it.
