The booking experience was great. Tamika was punctual and professional. She even gave me a little gift of a candle that smelled amazing ! Initially I was impressed. They finished cleaning my house from where I had gotten overwhelmed, folded a room full of laundry, and mopped the floors. However on a deeper look I started to notice a few areas of improvement. The 3 notable things were : in the bathroom, the back of the toilet was not cleaned before storing items on it , the floors in the foyer area were sticky upon drying, and the biggest thing was I went to look for something and discovered two of my suitcases had my clothes jackets and hats stuffed in them instead of being folded or hung up as well. That was very upsetting for me as 85% of what I was paying for was the clothes to be folded. Even outside of that I would recommend this company and use them again due to the owners personality. I’d just make sure to be specific and check everything before payment.
