Working with Kaposh in the beginning was effortless. The execution on the decorations for the night of the event was short of disastrous. I gave her a pass on some things because it was a snowy day and people were calling out. However, things I specifically asked for I didn’t get with no explanation on how to make it right; the quality of the drapery was cheap and nothing like I asked for. I asked for pink drapery and got white sheet covering; I asked for greenery walls/vignette and got none. The pink carpet that was supposed to be for guests to walk in on was this thin strip of felt that I asked to be taken up. The one thing I wanted as a surprise could not be done due to timing and I was told that money would be refunded to me. I have texted, emailed and even requested my refund via Zelle with no response. My event was the end of January and I have yet to hear back on how she plans to make this right. At a minimum respond to my request for the money already promised to be repaid. My overall opinion is she may be able to handle small events but was in no way prepared for the level we were looking for. She over promised and under delivered and we got stuck with a $5k bill.

This is a young deserving business and the owners do all they can to make sure you’re happy. Our party was a success thanks in large part to them.

We have 5 years of experience alone. So that teaches you everything you need to know about the industry. Working with different brides and different budgets!!!
