- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates include travel, set-up, and hourly rate. We do offer discounts during the year, so of booked during that time discounts will be applied to rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we will discuss with the customer any color schemes or themes of the party and other question pertaining to the party. We will compose a contract which will entail a deposit amount and email to the customer. After all of the paperwork has been completed we will lock your date in our schedule.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We just love seeing people having a great time. Being a part of big events and moments and having permanent photos so these events can last forever.
