Highly highly recommend Sebastian to anyone. I moved into a new home recently and discovered a shower mixer tap was going straight to boiling hot so it was unusable. I'd originally worked out what went wrong with a big plumbing company and they were trying to charge $1000s for an elaborate fix. I turned to Sebastian and he won my trust to work on it right away. Not only was he open, warm, and courteous right away on the phone but was suggesting things that might have put him OUT of the job before he even came. Then when he did arrive, he found a much simpler fix than we'd planned, reduced his bill, and even went out to find the replacement parts he needed mid-job without charging extra. When you want somebody you can trust, this is it. I will be calling Sebastian back for all my plumbing needs.

Sebastian was responsive with my response,arrived when he said he would,and diagnosed our issue quickly. He let us know how the issue could be addressed and provided a number of options for us to decide and move forward (or not). We will definitely call him in the future should we experience any other issues.
