The ultimate professional. Bought the toilet I wanted from Home Depot. Brought the toilet with to replace the old one. Removed the old toilet, paint the wall behind the toilet to match the wall, that I provided at no additional cost. The total job took him about 45 minutes. Already discussing jobs for the immediate future.

He let us know how the issue could be addressed and provided a number of options for us to decide and move forward (or not).
