Mr. Yawo Alagbo visited us today for our twice-a-year check-up of our H&A system. Mr. Alagbo was prompt, polite, obviously knew what he was doing, was efficient, and found a small problem that his maintenance corrected. He is an asset to Ronald Smith H&A and I would be pleased to have him as our tech in the future. Lower AC unit went out last night or this morning. When I came downstairs it was like walking into Satan's lair.
Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the guys who came today but they were dispatched quickly, same day, were extremely respectful and sorted the problem out quickly. These guys made sure to show and tell as they went, quoted the cost of repair which I found to be fair, and left with me totally satisfied by their work.
They most likely saved us from an electrical fire due to wiring and the storms in our area. Got to give glory to God as well bc it could've gone a different way than just cranking out hot air.

Chris came out and replaced thermostat. Didn’t fix the problem. Called again. Jefferey came out and said nothing wrong. False. Called another hvac company and they fixed problem. Unit was out of gas.

I was at a car dealership getting my car serviced and my alarm company called to say there was a smoke alarm going off inside my house. I rushed home and determined it was the HVAC system that had an issue. I called Ronald Smith Heating & Air and they had someone at my house within 2 hours! Technician found that the connectors failed on the incoming 220 VAC power to my furnace causing the wires to burn. He cut back the bad wiring, installed new connectors, and had my heat working again in just over an hour! VERY impressed with the response time and efficiency, especially since it was two days before Christmas!

Always a great experience. We’ve been a customer of Ronald Smith about 10 years. They have always been there when we needed them. Serviced our old system for years. When our system finally gave out at the worst time possible, they were there! Took care of us as if we were family. “Large enough to serve, small enough to care” ! Enough said!
