What can I say about Mr. Coop…. He is a man that stands on business. He’s reliable, efficient and knowledgeable about his craft… I needed maintenance to come and put a sprayer in my sink but found Coop and he drilled a hole in my sink within less then 30 mins! he’s amazing with his hands, hardworking and respectful. Coop assessed the issue with our gas oven bake ignition immediately and was clear on what the fix would entail. Unfortunately, he shorted out the electrical board after installing the fix. While it put us out a few more days, he owned it, adjusted the price as needed, and was clear and communicative in getting the part and installing at first availability. Oven now works like new.
