- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard set fee of $120 for a 4 hour period. Bartenders will arrive an hour early to set-up and breakdown afterward. Any additional serving time will be $30 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new cIient, I email the client a questionnaire form. This form will allow me to develop complete understanding of the client's vision for their event. If the Many time the client is not sure how much alcohol to provide the expected number of people. I will assist with this and help develop a bar budget. Certain types of events will require a custom drink menu which i will put together for display at no additional charge. I will correspond with the client or the venue management to fax over bartender certifications and serving permits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business which nurtures my professionalism and understanding of how to run a business in the service industry. I have a bartending and event planning certification. I am also safe serve certified in the state of Georgia which involves food and beverage safety as well as understanding and adhering to Georgia laws in reference to serving alcohol.
