Mike came in and absolutely wasted no time getting to work to rectify my problem. He came in asked what’s the main issue?…. I explained what happen with the upgrade to my thermostat. Once he understood what going on, he started inspecting my interior hvac system. He was thorough and completed a full inspection of hvac system. I was educated on the need to consistently replace my air filter. He showed me how to change my filter and what kind of filter I needed. Thank you Mike….

Perez was very responsive to my text messages and handled the repairs of our malfunctioning furnace in a professional manner. He explained the mechanics of repairs and took pains to get parts for the old furnace system (not available nearby) from distant sources. He was fully confident of the expensive repairs performed and provided warranty and his availability to address any post-repair issues. Above all, he showed respect and said hello to my family members when he visited. His timely repairs ensured that we are staying warm during this frigid cold. I look forward to seeking his help if there are any issues moving forward.

Perez is by far the best contractor I've had come do work on my house. And I'm including every other job including HVAC in that list. He's the only guy who will actually fix an issue rather than just replace everything you have. He's done great work and is honest about his assessments. If you've ever had to go through the painful process of paying $100 for a diagnosis just to tell you you need a new system, and then sit down with a rep for an hour going over options, then Perez is going to be a breath of fresh air for you.

I am very happy and pleased with the service I received from this company. Perez was very professional, knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand how the process worked from beginning to end. He installed a brand new 3.0 ton A/C unit in my unfinished basement. It is a fairly large size basement. The air has been working great and now I am able to start to finish the rest of the basement.
