They were willing to work with me to explore different options. A couple larger companies insisted on installing a completely new unit for $12-15k. PM Service replaced the unit for a fraction the cost of the larger companies.

Perez and his crew were brilliant at designing and installing a complicated ductwork system for my basement while maintaining established flow to the upper floor. He incorporated innovative solutions to channel air through the limited overhead spaces and even relocated the HVAC unit to another room, which maximized our useful square footage.
