They don't have these excellent ratings for nothing! I hired them for a malfunctioning AC unit that was missing some parts. Within <36 hrs of initial contact, they assessed the issue, got the required parts, and repaired the unit in no time and on what had to have been one of the hottest days of the year thus far. I definitely recommend them for efficient and professional HVAC servicing and repair.

To preface this review, I have to give some context. My mom and I stay in a townhome and recently our air conditioner went out. We would turn the thermostat to cool, but it was as if the A/C itself would not turn on. We called friends first to ask them who we should reach out to in hopes that the repair would not be super expensive. Fast forward, we had about 4 people come to the house to assess the issue. Some stayed all day to try to diagnose the problem, but NO ONE was successful in figuring out what was going on. Now, at this point, we’re both exhausted with trying to figure out how to get things fixed fast especially because you CANNOT have no AC in Georgia during the summer. Decided to give PM Service Company LLC a try and within hours, the entire problem was diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours total 😭 and at an amazing cost! DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME, just call them. I promise, you won’t regret it!!!
