I contacted C&B Heating and Cooling after two days of not hearing from the contractor provided through my home warranty company. My air conditioning unit was not cooling, and with the 95-degree weather, I couldn't wait any longer for service. Thankfully, C&B had a cancellation and was able to get to my home within an hour. Trey conducted a thorough assessment of my HVAC system, quickly identified the issue, and performed all necessary repairs. He also made maintenance recommendations and we discussed scheduling annual maintenance appointments to ensure my system remains functional between seasons. I will continue to use C&B for all my HVAC needs.
