Jermaine contacted us immediately and was available on a Sunday - I gave him the issue from previous technicians diagnostic. He was able to address the issue and the previous technicians stated they needed parts. The previous technician gave a false diagnosis and JGE was able to repair the issue today. JGE stated they carry all or most Parts with them and they will most likely be able to address and fix the issue today. This proved to be true and now we have heat! I’m so thankful for contacting an honest company and now they have a customer for as long as they will have us! Lol

Jermaine reached out within a few minutes of me submitting my request for service. He came out the next day and inspected my furnace. The repairs were completed quickly and the price was very fair. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was needed and what he was going to do. Also, my appointment was at 1:30 and he was at my door at 1:25.
