My air stopped working in the middle of the day so I checked thumbtack. After reviewing every business listed I decided to go with JGE Heating and Air. Once I asked for an estimate I was contacted immediately and the tech Jermaine was onsite within the next hour. He assessed the problem and fixed it the next day. The rep Saniya(I think that’s how you spell her name idk) she was amazing and very attentive. She called me with every update I needed. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future visits.

The HVAC tech came out within an hour of me contacting JGE. Gave me a quote for how much it would cost. The quote was reasonable and affordable. The tech did an amazing job, had my A/C up and running in less than an hour. I 100% recommend JGE if you want it done right The first time.

I cannot recommend him enough! He was the first A/C technician who genuinely focused on providing a permanent solution instead of pressuring me to spend thousands of dollars replacing my entire unit. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain every step of the repair, including how each part was supposed to function, how it was currently functioning, and exactly what he planned to do to correct the problem. I truly appreciated his patience and willingness to make sure I understood everything before moving forward.
