We keep our pricing fair, transparent, and based on the size of the job. No surprises. Here’s how my pricing works: Free quotes — just send a photo of the items or area. Flat-rate or volume-based pricing depending on the service. No hidden fees — all labor, hauling, and disposal are included. Same-day service available at standard rates (no extra charge unless travel is far). Discounts available for: Seniors Repeat customers Multiple services booked together (ex: junk removal + pressure washing) Large cleanouts and ongoing commercial work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the process fast, simple, and stress-free for every new customer. Here’s how it normally works: Send me a photo or quick description I review what you need (junk removal, pressure washing, cleanout, etc.) and give you a fast, clear estimate. Quick confirmation We agree on the price and set a time that works best for you — often same-day or next-day. Arrival & walkthrough I show up on time, look at the job in person, and confirm the final price before starting. Fast, professional service I complete the job safely and efficiently — hauling, lifting, cleaning, or pressure washing as requested. Final check-in I walk you through the finished work to make sure everything looks great before I leave. Easy payment You can pay through Thumbtack or your preferred method. I keep communication clear and make sure every customer feels taken care of from start to finish.
