Back To Life Computer Service will be the only people allowed to touch my computers going forward. I took a computer to them that I was quoted a ridiculously high price to repair by Geek Squad and another computer repair place. BTL had me fixed up and working like new, the same day for less than half of the cheapest quote I got from the other guys. And he included updated software in the price he did charge me. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Call, text, email, fill out a service ticket with the issues you are having. I will then be able to give you a more accurate price for the services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we establish what services are needed, I send them a service agreement via email. This includes the problem, solution, and price. If Client agrees to everything, they will then electronically sign the service agreement and click the submit button. I will then began the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am A+ Certified with over 15 years of experience.
