- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Call, text, email, fill out a service ticket with the issues you are having. I will then be able to give you a more accurate price for the services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish what services are needed, I send them a service agreement via email. This includes the problem, solution, and price. If Client agrees to everything, they will then electronically sign the service agreement and click the submit button. I will then began the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A+ Certified with over 15 years of experience.
