Everything we make can be customizable to what your wants, needs and your imagination! We are a home based catering service company, providing a service above all. I love the people interaction and the customer service we provide! That "WOW" factor is what we live for! I've been cooking since high school and took that with me to the military. I found my passion for cooking there and once I retired I jumped right into culinary school and haven't looked back since.

Pastrelis is the best! I had them come for my 4- yr old party. Omg...imagine about 18 little people running around with nothing to do. Pastrelis saved the day and my nerves by keeping them occupied for about an hour making yummy cupcakes. I did absolutely nothing. They brought everything...tables, aprons, even cute little chef hats. It was awesome. The children were delighted with the whole experience and even more thrilled when eating their creations. Oh yeah, they even brought the birthday. My daughter a blueberry cake in which I could find at the average grocery store. The birthday cake was sooo good. I have four little people to plan future parties, and I plan on putting Pastrelis on the agenda for every single one. Hey, different kids, different friends- no one will know 😉.

I had a really great experience. The desserts are delicious. I ordered banana bread, pound cake and chocolate chip cookies and was not disappointed. The desserts all have that home made taste. I recommend Pastrelis to everyone for your private party or just dessert for yourself.

The petit fours were absolutely delicious and picture perfect. I gave him some thoughts of what I wanted which was coffee and champagne flavors. And he went over and beyond and came up with some unique flavors: champagne citrus and kahlua espresso. I highly recommend!
