Great communication! Very professional. Called an hr before appointment time and arrived 20 minutes early. Fixed every electrical issue we had. A+ service. I will definitely be using Morton Electric for all of my future electrical needs and recommending Morton Electric to my friends.

Charles helped us by installing a new 240V outlet to use with a welding machine. He also replaced an outdoor floodlight, added a new outdoor light fixture, and added two GFCI outdoor outlets. He was here exactly when he said he would be, and he stayed in constant contact with me between the time of our initial conversation and the time of the job. I highly recommend Charles! Oh, and his prices are also very fair. :-)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each job has different demands which is why pricing for each job is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is the same with every customer. Provide the best possible service, make sure the customer understands what I'm doing, and to do exactly what I say I'm going to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a two year electrical trade school degree in which I graduated at the top of my class, I did an additional 4 years of training at the IEC and graduated at the top of my class (Again), I have a non-restricted electrical license in the state of Georgia which means I can work on anything. I have an extensive customer service background and a broad understanding of what excellent customer service looks like. It is my goal to provide you with the best service you've ever received anywhere period.
