Happy with Charles work. A previous electrician from another company only seemed interested in charging us for unnecessary things. Charles came in diagnosed the actual problem, fixed it and saved us money. Knowledgeable and Great customer service, would hire again for future needs.

Charles (the owner of the company) was VERY experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed up ready to listen, give his professional input, and to immediately get to work. The work (installing outlet above my mantels fireplace) was done excellently and promptly. He will definitely be my "go to" electrician for any future electrical work and whenever possible I will gladly refer him to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each job has different demands which is why pricing for each job is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is the same with every customer. Provide the best possible service, make sure the customer understands what I'm doing, and to do exactly what I say I'm going to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a two year electrical trade school degree in which I graduated at the top of my class, I did an additional 4 years of training at the IEC and graduated at the top of my class (Again), I have a non-restricted electrical license in the state of Georgia which means I can work on anything. I have an extensive customer service background and a broad understanding of what excellent customer service looks like. It is my goal to provide you with the best service you've ever received anywhere period.
