- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very affordable rates and insure that each client is 100% satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our new clients will receive a welcome email along with a copy of their services. We also will send over a detailed cleaning form that list all of the areas of the home that will be cleaned. There will never be any hidden charges. One of our service mangers will contact you to confirm the appointment and go over any final details and answer any additional questions you may have. Before we start services, our technicians will take before pictures and upload them to your account. Once the service is completed, post cleaning pictures will be taken and uploaded to your account.

My Educational background is in marketing and consumer services. My aim is to provide outstanding customer service.
