Yvonne, I'd like to thank you, once again, for choosing The Company at Atlanta for assisting you with your Move Out Cleaning. Yvonne, I am very sorry that you feel that we shouldn't be hired to complete services for potential new customers. In the future, when you are looking for a company for any type of cleaning service/s, I suggest that you be completely honest about your homes condition and the level of cleaning that you are needing. Prior to arriving to Ms. Yvonne's residence, she was asked for photos and a walk through was suggested. Ms. Yvonne did not agree nor submit any photos and was adamant that the home was empty and that the cleaning was light. We agreed to assist Ms. Yvonne with her Move-Out Cleaning. Upon arriving to Ms. Yvonne's residence it became very clear why she had not submitted any photos or agreed to a walk through. The residence needed a cleaning that would have taken a little over two days to complete. The home was not completely empty as her and her son were still in the process of moving things out. She had not mentioned that there was pet hair and pet feces that needed to be cleaned/removed. There were pet feces smeared onto walls and into the carpet as well as hardened into the wood flooring. Needless to say this home needed more attention than Ms. Yvonne was willing to pay for or else proof of the condition would have been submitted prior. The service provided to Ms. Yvonne was based on what she stated and the quote provided. Upon leaving the residence, Ms. Yvonne did not mention any concerns nor make any other requests. She did not advise that she wasn't pleased with the service. We do wish Ms. Yvonne the very best in all of her endeavors. Unfortunately, these are the very situations as to why companies will not submit quotes without proof (photos or walk through) and in turn customers will not receive more than what they pay for.
