I contacted them 4 times and could never schedule a time. I purchased two vouchers through Half Off Depot for a cleaning service - Stress Free Cleaning. I contacted the service 4x and still have not been able to schedule a time. The first time, I called and left a message. That was Monday. On Wednesday I called again and someone answered. They said to call the main office because they were busy cleaning a house and that was their cell phone (I told her I got the number off of Google). Left another message. Called again on Thursday. Got a hold of someone and when I told them I had two vouchers, we got "disconnected". I called back again and no one answered. Forget it. Need to rename to Stressful Cleaning.

Ma'am i apologize you had a bad experience with getting in contact with our company but our systems has been acting up due to a car crashing in our office but i assure you we try to have our customers stress free but our systems are back up if you would like you can give us a call Monday morning just ask for the owner she will assure you will be stress free

This company was undoubtedly named ironically. Also interesting to me that "systems were down" seems to be a common refrain for them. I purchased their groupon and began calling to schedule my pre-paid visits on Sept. 18. Didn't receive a response to my call that week, so left 3 messages the following week. No response. Left 2 more messages the week after before contacting Groupon. Groupon contacted the company and I received an email from them asking for more information about my home and location. I was at my computer when the email came in and I responded within 10 minutes. No response to the email. I called again a few days later and my call was being forwarded to voicemail. I called 4 times in a row and someone picked up and said that their phone lines were "messed up due to the storm" and the person who does scheduling was not around, so they could not schedule my appointment. However, they promised I would get a call first thing Monday morning to set up my appointments...I have heard nothing back. I pre-paid for 2 cleanings, so now they have my money and are almost completely unresponsive (and when I track someone down, they are dishonest). AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I began cleaning homes while still in high school. I would ask my friends mother to clean their homes. After I was finished the smiles on their faces let me know that what i was doing an awesome job.
