The team showed up the day of service and cleaned my family’s house from top to bottom. I am a bit OCD when it comes to cleaning, and the team at PairofDiamonds21, LLC did such a great job I had no complaints when they were done. Every room of the house was cleaned to perfection and we couldn’t ask for more. One of our biggest issues lately has been poor service, lack of communication and punctuality of other companies used, but between the exceptional work received, the great communication and the punctuality of the team, we are keeping them on full time for bi-weekly service. I can’t recommend the service of these hardworking ladies enough and I can’t stop singing their praises.

I have hired this cleaning company to complete a clean for a empty rental property. I did not agree or satisfied with the hardwood floors that was clean with fabulous instead of proper hardwood cleaner. Fabulous, because of its harsh solutions it will damage laminate hardwoods. I asked the cleaner is it possible to remapped the floors, I was told, she clean all hardwood floors with fabulous and she declined to re-mopped. New clients and existing clients please be careful with the cleaner for your floors may become damage. Please look at the photos I have displayed.

Good evening everyone. Pairofdiamonds21 is sorry that you feel that way about Fabuloso . We use Fabuloso in all our clients home, to walls, doors, countertops, and ALL types of floors. Fabuloso has No Harsh chemicals. FYI at the time of those photos, the floors were still wet. NO damage to Laminate hardwood flooring. Due the research, we do this for a living. We wouldn’t use any chemicals that would damage anyones property. I would have re-mopped the floors but due to the client being dishonest about when the photos were taken, I declined to work with her anymore.
