Professional Cleaning Services of Georgia, LLC is a BBB accredited, licensed, and insured cleaning company. All listed prices are based on houses with 1 or 2 levels. There is an additional fee to add on a basement. All team members are background checked and are all W-2 team members. Move in/out Cleaning Checklist All homes must be completely empty including furniture and trash, items in all the cabinets, and items in all appliances. All floors are mopped, swept, and vacuumed. All inside window, sills. and blinds cleaned. All baseboards are cleaned. All reachable ceiling fans cleaned. Remove cobwebs off ceilings, corners, and walls. Kitchen Inside and outside of fridge cleaned with shelves removed and cleaned. Inside and outside of stove cleaned with racks and burners removed and cleaned. Inside and outside of microwave with spin glass removed and cleaned. Inside of cabinets and drawers cleaned including cabinet fronts. Countertops, sink, and facet cleaned. Laundry Room Inside and outside of washer and dryer cleaned. Bathroom Inside and outside of cabinets, drawers, and medicine cabinet cleaned including cabinet fronts. Inside and outside of sink, toilet, showers, and tubs cleaned. Deep cleaning checklist All floors are mopped, swept, and vacuumed. All reachable windows, sills, and blinds cleaned. All reachable baseboards cleaned. All reachable ceiling fans cleaned. All trashcans are emptied with the liners replaced. Remove cobwebs off ceilings, corners, and walls. Kitchen Inside and outside of stove cleaned with racks and burners removed and cleaned. Inside and outside of microwave with spin glass removed and cleaned. Cabinet fronts cleaned. Countertops, sink, and facet cleaned. All appliance fronts are cleaned. Load dishwasher or handwash 1 sink of dishes and place on drying rack. Bathroom Cabinet fronts cleaned. Inside and outside of sink, toilet, showers, and tubs cleaned. Bedrooms Make beds- please remove dirty linen and place the clean linen on the bed. Dust furniture and visible surfaces. Livingroom/ Den/Dining room Straighten furniture cushions. Dust furniture and visible surfaces.
