Are you in search of inner peace, clarity, a plan and the perspective needed to pivot and pursue the life of your dreams? If so, you are in the right place. I am Sandra Saltibus, CERTIFIED LIFE COACH, mental agility expert, thought partner, and perspective shift facilitator. I help individuals to find their motivation, direction, balance, and themselves by guiding them through the gap between where they are and where they want to be. There are many paths to doing the kind of work that leads to life changing perspective shifts and breakthroughs in our personal and professional lives. Coaching is a powerful and authentic way to fuel transformation. It is a professional partnership in which a client and a coach work together to clarify areas that the client would like to improve and work toward achieving the client’s desired outcomes. Coaches take into account present challenges while remaining targeted on shifting the client’s mindset from one of seeing roadblocks to one that is focused on possibilities and creation of the life the client wants. COACHES ARE NOT THERAPISTS or mental health clinicians and do not engage clients in counseling or therapy. A skilled life coach will help mentally stable clients to address any obstacles that keep their clients from achieving their goals without engaging them in any psychological area that requires psychological training or licensing. Additionally, coaches are not consultants. Consultants provide expert advice. Coaches do not provide advice or answers. A skilled life coach will help you come up with your own answers instead. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I offer a complimentary consultation that lasts about 20-40 minutes to acquaint ourselves and to find out what areas the prospective client wants to work on, and if coaching can help. If we are a good fit, a client signs a flexible contract and purchases a coaching package. The first paid session is the discovery session that lasts about 40-60 minutes and may consist of 2 sessions. We delve more deeply into the weeds about the challenges the client is experiencing and begin to more clearly define and design the client’s SMART (acronym) goals in a measurable and attainable way. When the discovery session is complete and the scope of work is clearly defined, we begin to meet weekly with remote coaching sessions to accomplish the work. Clients are given several opportunities to provide feedback to ensure that they are receiving value for their investment. For more information, please visit my website.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received core life coach training and certification through Life Purpose Institute (LPI), an ICF accredited coach training school. The ICF (International Coaching Federation) is an organization for coaches that sets high standards in the coaching industry. I am actively continuing my coaching education and working towards earning additional coaching certifications. I also have a Bachelor’s and an Associates Degree in management and I have worked over 20 years in corporate America, in media, graduate medical education, government, financial services, and healthcare industries.
