- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I offer a complimentary consultation that lasts about 20-40 minutes to acquaint ourselves and to find out what areas the prospective client wants to work on, and if coaching can help. If we are a good fit, a client signs a flexible contract and purchases a coaching package. The first paid session is the discovery session that lasts about 40-60 minutes and may consist of 2 sessions. We delve more deeply into the weeds about the challenges the client is experiencing and begin to more clearly define and design the client’s SMART (acronym) goals in a measurable and attainable way. When the discovery session is complete and the scope of work is clearly defined, we begin to meet weekly with remote coaching sessions to accomplish the work. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received core life coach training and certification through Life Purpose Institute (LPI), an ICF accredited coach training school. The ICF (International Coaching Federation) is an organization for coaches that sets high standards in the coaching industry. I am actively continuing my coaching education and working towards earning additional coaching certifications. I also have a Bachelor’s and an Associates Degree in management and I have worked over 20 years in corporate America, in media, graduate medical education, government, financial services, and healthcare industries.
