- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All bookings require a $20 deposit (non refundable) if you decide to cancel please let us know 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the services. All prices are subject to change depending on travel location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please let us know when you would like to be serviced, where you would like to be serviced, what services you are looking for, and how many people are in your party. If you need us to recreate a look from a photo please attach photo so we can assign you the best artist for the job. If a bridal consultation is needed please let us know during the inquiry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our makeup artist are licensed esthetician’s from Georgia Career Institute or self taught pros who have ambition and desire to be pros on their own.
