We will definitely return to Shampooch. She was able to fit us in on a short notice. She also had our pup looking fabulous. He couldn’t stop looking at himself in the mirror.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on size and weight of the pet I charge a travel fee which is by mileage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is I get all the pets information as well as the person information and Then I set up an appointment. I charge a travel fee which is due upon booking the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to grooming academy and earned a certificate
