I was quoted $325 for three hours (2 men). They showed up with the owner (a woman) and two teenagers. Within the first 10 minutes one of the young men had dropped a box of dishes and broke a lot of them. He proceeded to yell, “that’s not on me”. They had a dolly but only used it to take the washer/dryer. They walked my boxes to the truck one by one to extend the time and get more money out of me. I only had a washer/dryer, three beds and 16 medium boxes to move and it took them 5 hours. I had them put my things in a medium storage and they didn’t have a clue on how to stack the items in the storage. They threw things everywhere. They had to take about 6 boxes back to the house claiming they didn’t have room in the storage. They would have had room if they were professional movers instead of children. Upon moving my items out of storage into my new home I found so many items broken and bent because of how they placed them in the storage. I ended up paying them $525. Please DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT.

Thanks for your review. We apologize for the confusion. Because of the 2 flights of stairs a dolly couldnt be used. You may contact the office for the other concerns for a solution.
