- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly price is $30/hr depending on what I am working on and the duration of the work. I do offer discounts as well for first time customers. Wedding officiant is a set price of $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job, but usually I like to start off with a phone call to discuss their needs (about 30 minutes) then if we decide to work together I send over a proposal and if it is agreed that we will work together, then I send a contract to be reviewed and signed by both of us detailing what is expected to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate degree, most of my career has been on the job training and online classes
