Chef Alexis is an amazing chef. She is super professional. Her love for cooking shows up on your plate and blow you away with taste and presentation. Me and my fiancee could not believe how good each dish was. Any time I want a personal chef or a chef to do an event she will be the first I call.

Chef Alexis is A-MA-ZING. Tho I don't want everyone bidding me outta the picture... sooo YUK YUK. Actually, I have tried this a couple times before to ABYSMAL failure.. but Chef is so nice.. and talented... she made it so easy. She brings all her own cooking stuff (like a small invasion of the kitchen when she arrives.... then she leaves and the kitchen looks better than before her arrival. The FOOD is beyond gourmet quality. Out of dozens of meals.. only one I would choose not to have again. But that is only because of personal preference of ingredients. She buys it all, preps it all, presents it exactly as requested, and leaves no trace behind. She should totally do a chef reality show. So after several weeks and knowing how difficult I am to please.. I can give Chef Alexis a big THUMBS UP.

Chef Alexis was absolutely wonderful. We had a truly gourmet meal at home! She was very professional, prompt , clean and prepared our food quickly. The meal was absolutely delicious! I would definitely use her services again!
