At first I thought the price was too high, but the guys ended up having to do a little extra work to clean out a neglected gutter system so it worked out (and they unofficially quoted a much more reasonable price for follow-up visits). Top notch thorough work, and they gave me a nice summary at the end, including a few improvements beyond the scope of their work that could be made based on what they saw. They ended up arriving a good bit later than scheduled, but I got text updates throughout the delay to let me know they hadn't forgotten (and I ultimately learned it was because they had to address an emergency across town).

I had a great experience with the service representatives, John and Michael, from Speed Surgeons Restoration Services. Both gentlemen were polite, friendly and professional and used COVID safety precautions that set me at ease. I suspected I had brought some poison ivy oils into my home and onto two pieces of upholstered furniture. After being turned away by several other reputable cleaning services, SSRS (through Thumbtack) agreed to come and take care of my concerns. John and Michael worked diligently on those two pieces and gave me such peace of mind that the oils will not be a concern. Highly recommend both their skill and customer service!

We hired Speed Surgeons to clean the outside windows to our 100 year old house that had paint slathered on top. They did an amazing job. The windows are clean, the paint slob is gone and they identified windows that need replacement. They were running late due to car trouble but they kept in touch on their plans. I would hire them again. Very happy with this team!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing are calculated by square feet. We do have discounts for Veterans and Seniors. We apply discounts for routine cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receipt of your request we will contact you for an in depth property analysis. This analysis will consist of an informative exchange with one of our exterior experts. Where we take into account the type of surfaces that you want cleaned, what's the best solution to use, the correct pressure, observe the wash area, calculate proper square footage & size. We believe this expertise allows us to provide quality detailing to your property. We will provide a quote onsite or online. Once you agree we will require your signature. Our next step will be to schedule your services and get our exterior experts out to meticulously clean your property. Upon completion of the service we will do a walk-through to ensure satisfaction. You will be able to make your payment in-person or online, we offer various options. All of our services have a 1 year workman warranty, that covers any structure accumulating mold, mildew, or algae after treatment. You will enjoy our efficient systematic approach that maintains your property now and later.
