Tyrek made my birthday dinner one to remember!! The creole style dinner, which consisted of creole shrimp and andouille sausage over rice with crab stuffed catfish, was so delicious that we forgot to take photos!!

Details: Special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.) • 6 - 10 guests • Dinner • Cocktail hour / hors d'oeuvres • Premium (high end ingredients) • French • Meal delivered • Only once • My home, venue, etc.

Working with Cory the CEO of dreams money can buy was a great experience, I took over a property from my parents and had no idea what to do with it , I reached out to Cory and he immediately took over all of the advertisements and expenses needed to get this home in condition to be rented out to a reasonable family. He does all of the check ins and inspections so I do not have to worry about a thing as his company handles it all.

Dreams charges 10% monthly management fee also Dreams charges 65% of 1 month's rent to cover advertising and background checks along with showings
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll schedule a 30 consultation where we discuss your goals and come up with a plan and discuss finances the we Sign a Property Management Agreement and Dreams will start marketing your home for rent! We will list your house in GAMLS, FMLS, and over 20+ third party websites such as Trulia, Zillow and Hotpads.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. I've been managing properties for over 2 years before I started this company working with mainly family members
