Cory!!! I love Cory as my Property Manager!!! From our first conversation, I knew he was it. I explained to Cory how I tried to rent my property out, and it was a disaster!! The tenant was nasty, brought roaches in the house, didn't maintain the property as discussed in the agreement, and left without paying the rest of the bills as well as leaving damage to the property. Cory listened with concern, and ensured me I wouldn't have any problems if he was in charge. He was very patient since I was renovating my house on my own. It took 4 months with the help of a contractor at the end when I was burned out with working, working on the house, and still trying to maintain school out of state. Cory kept in contact with me to make sure I was maintaining, and gave me helpful advice to make me slow down, to give myself grace. Cory explained everything with the process in detailed, asked questions, answered my questions, and ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. He even offered to help! Lol. I couldn't let him because he had already done so much for me. I finally met him, and it was like I already new him! He was very thorough with his process of the initial/final walkthrough, and he even stayed late because a contractor was in the house putting in carpet, and he didn't want to leave me alone with him by myself. Cory is a man of his word, and when he says he is going to do something, it gets done! After 1 day of multiple viewings of the house, Cory had a tenant the next day! I couldn't be more pleased, and happy work with him! We have built a relationship that will forever put both of us in a good place. I will keep him for my next property, and will recommend his services to everyone! Thank you so much Cory!!!

Working with Cory was an amazing experience , he walked me through the entire process of buying a home from beginning to end, he even got me in contact with a credit repair specialist to help boost my credit even more, putting me in the perfect position to obtain my dream home .

Working with Cory the CEO of dreams money can buy was a great experience, I took over a property from my parents and had no idea what to do with it , I reached out to Cory and he immediately took over all of the advertisements and expenses needed to get this home in condition to be rented out to a reasonable family. He does all of the check ins and inspections so I do not have to worry about a thing as his company handles it all.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll schedule a 30 consultation where we discuss your goals and come up with a plan and discuss finances the we Sign a Property Management Agreement and Dreams will start marketing your home for rent! We will list your house in GAMLS, FMLS, and over 20+ third party websites such as Trulia, Zillow and Hotpads.

I graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. I've been managing properties for over 2 years before I started this company working with mainly family members
