I teach mainly group events indoors and outdoors. I do offer privates at a local studio in Stone Mountain. Taking a class with me will relieves stress, fun, and resets the nervous system from the day to day grind of everyday life. Also teach: -Chair Yoga -Stretch -Pilates -birthday parties -bachelorette -corporate -pajama parties -workshops -private’s (offered only at my home studio in Stone Mountain for $80) I travel on time and very professional, I carry my own liability insurance and CPR/AED certified. Aside from that I perform calisthenics, handstand and the benefits of doing those types of moves within my entertainment side of my company, Handbalancing and Breakdancing Entertainment.
