Yogi Bear’s Health and Wellness LLC

I teach yoga classes that focuses on mindful movements and awareness to one’s body. Taking a class with me relieves stress, resets the nervous system from the day to day grind of everyday life. Also, I do assisted stretching, core strength and dance conditioning and grounded movements for the body like calisthenics, handstand and the benefits of doing those types of moves.
